How to Bring Hockey to Southern Utah

What is one thing we are missing?

If you guessed hockey, you would be correct! Hockey is one of the greatest sports of all time (and if you're reading this, you probably already agree with this.)

Down here in the "it's southern Utah, why is it snowing in April?" part of the land, we tend to forget about certain sports: badminton, water polo, and hockey.*

But what are some things we can do to bring a presence of hockey to this land?

Step 1: Learn to Ice Skate and Play the Game

This might be the best way, and it is involves staying active and healthy! A bonus for you and your neighbors!

By learning to ice skate, you start to appreciate the skills of the players and then watching more games at the Glacier, you can learn more about how to play!

Step 2: Choose a Team, and Support Them

As you all know, I am a die-hard Blackhawks fan. I will cheer for them til the day I die. If you haven't already chosen a team, I would recommend either my team (because they're the best) or the Vegas Golden Knights.

The Knights are our local team, and they deserve a lot of praise for a record breaking inaugural season.

Step 3: Fight Anyone who Disagrees With You

Yes, you read that right. Fight them. Show the world what hockey is like! A violent, bloody war against two teams!

I'm kidding, if anything you should have a polite conversation and show them that this game unites people from all backgrounds, and shows a purpose to love again.

You can even show them this article about how to become a hockey fan.
